Let's get technical with RTG!

Most computers that are new will be more than capable of handling anything that you want to do while online, whether it's download files, sending emails, listening to music or playing at an RTG powered casino. The reason that we say "most" instead of all is because there are so many different types of computers available nowadays and we didn't want to mislead you into thinking that all of them will work if yours happens to fall into that oddball category of "might" or "maybe".

In order to download and play the average RTG powered casino, you will need to have at least the following computer specifications:

A minimum of 64 MB of memory (also known as RAM)
No less than a 56K modem connection for your internet
Windows 98 or newer
One of the following web browsers: I.E. (Internet Explorer) 5 or newer, Netscape Navigator 6 or newer, or AOL 5 or newer

As long as you haven't done anything to a new computer to make it be downgraded, you should already have these requirements met.

If you have an older computer, you can usually find under the System Information in your start menu what your computer has.

In the instance that you are unable to tell if your computer does meet the minimal system requirements to play at an RTG powered casino, we recommend that you ask a friend, neighbor or family member to help you find out.

If you know that your computer does meet the minimal requirements and you are having difficulty with the download, we suggest that you try uninstalling (if it was able to get installed) and reinstalling the software, or turning off your computer security long enough to try to install it.
